Full Service ConsultingSpecial Touch will sit down with you and your Fiancé. We will listen to your ideas, answer your questions, so together we can completely organize and plan your wedding, as well as your reception. Speical Touch will be your personal assistant throughout the wedding planning process, ensuring that every detail has received attention. We will help you select vendors, facilities, etiquette, invitations, budgeting, timelines, and so much more. Special Touch is there every step of the way. We will attend all of your vendor appointments, review contracts/agreements, and negotiate prices so that you get the best deal possible. We supervise the rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and anything else that is needed to make your day go as planned. Special Touch can make your wedding planning experience fun and easy! So relax and leave the details to us. Hourly Consulting
For brides who want a more hands-on experience, we provide the assurance of consultation with an hourly fee on an as-needed basis.On the Day This service starts approximately 1 month before the wedding and includes up to 16 hours of service and planning. First, Special Touch will meet with each of your vendors to assure that they know what they are supposed to be doing and when they are supposed to be doing it. We call each of your vendors 1 week before the wedding to make sure they have all of the correct information, and provide them with a timeline of the wedding day events. We go over all contracts to make sure that nothing has been forgotten. Your day-of-wedding coordinator will be there for the rehearsal, the ceremony, and part of the reception. We will be there 3 hours before the ceremony to make sure that the vendors arrive on time, along with little details such as; cake table, guest book table, gift table, reserve cards, and favour placement.A La Carte
