Our product is an all natural real fruit frozen daiquiri base, made with real fruit pulp and juices. It is ideal for use as a daiquiri, margarita, cocktail, champagne blinis or as a fresh fruit granita. It is important to the success of our product that we avoid the use of artificial colours, flavouring or preservatives and use real fruit, as opposed to syrups or cordials. Our base line of flavours includes; strawberry, mango, margarita lemon and original daiquiri lime. The Cocktail Wizard offers a homemade-style product, which is easy to use, and is ideal for intimate Do-It-Yourself home cocktail parties or backyard BBQ's.

Our product is also ideal for larger parties, such as birthday celebrations, wedding receptions, school fetes or fundraising events, and kid's parties as it can be consumed both with or without alcohol. The Cocktail Wizard 1 Litre frozen tub needs to be stored in a freezer at -18ºC. It has a life in excess of 6 months.

The History of Daiquiris

Daiquiri the drink originates from the town of Daiquiri in Cuba. The drink was first mixed by a servant in a tin mine in the 1890's as a substitute for dwindling whiskey supplies.

However, the drink soon found favour among its recipients and today, the daiquiri is one of the world's most desired cocktails.
