We saw 'The Wedding Decorator' at a wedding expo in Canberra and were really keen to use them. They seemed really nice and had lots of good ideas. However here's the bad news....we have called twice (and left messages with our contact details) and we've also e-mailed them once. They didn't even bother to call/e-mail us back (even if it was just to say they were booked on our wedding date). We have also tried to access their website and found on two occasions that it hasn't been working. We've found another company for our wedding now but it's a shame that 'The Wedding Decorator' didn't live up to the good impression they made at the expo. I'd be a bit cautious about using them as they don't seem to be very reliable.
