Angel cakes is owned and operated by Mike Goddard. Mike is a fully qualified City and Guilds of London cake designer and decorator and has over 40 years of cake decorating experience here in Australia and the UK. He has also taught cake decoration in Australian TAFEs and English colleges of further education for many years

Angel Cakes is the new kid on the block in Hobart but as you would guess comes with plenty of experience. Designs range from Old English to modern and funky.  Recently added is a pyramid of French macarons with three tone roses cascading down it and garnished with butterflies and ribbons. Also featured is a pyramid of meringue kisses with meringue love birds on top nesting in front of a love heart.
