I provide a choice of different flavors of all kind of mud cakes, dessert cakes. Croquembouche to the traditional fruit cakes. Chocolate cakes are iced with chocolate ganache before they are finished with smooth chocolate dough icing to achieve that perfect smooth look or with chocolate shards on the sides for the real chocoholic. Fruitcakes have a layer of marzipan under smooth Sugar dough icing.
