We at Dreamy.com.au are an enthusiastic young couple who loves lingerie as much as you. We are committed to providing quality products to you at fantastic prices. Shopping around, we found that most places, including online and offline stores, charge you too much. We would like you to compare our prices with the competition. Go into a lingerie store near you and compare our prices, even after adding our postage! Visit our competition's websites and see that we charge up to $40 less per item for similar or the same styles! Now that's value!
Postage is fixed at $9.50 Australia wide, via express post. Our items are packaged discreetly from Rushworth Supplies with no mention of lingerie etc on the outside, so you can have it delivered to your workplace without anyone knowing what is inside. You should receive your item within a few weeks, unless you are told otherwise. International buyers from Asia Pacific are welcome through credit card or Paypal. There is a small extra fee for international postage when making the order.
Our new lingerie return policy is to only offer a refund for faulty items, however we accept exchanges for change of mind or size less postage costs (providing the item is still in new condition). You must notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the item (we may extend this time period with good reason) that you are unhappy and wish for a refund or exchange, and the items must not have been worn on bare skin or the tags removed.
